A platform can have the best encryption in the world, but if users feel their data is at risk, they will take their business elsewhere. Transparent communication is key. Platforms should clearly explain their security practices in plain language—how they encrypt data, what steps they take during a suspicious transaction, and how users can protect their own accounts.
